Over thirty-five years of field and management experience with
twenty-three years in the environmental field. Mr. McClung has organized
and administered the planning, design, and remediation of more than
$200 million in remediation of hazardous materials projects. He
is an accomplished public speaker, expert witness on environmental
issues, and has participated in the formulation of several regulations
and guidelines for the industry. Mr. McClung brings his extensive
knowledge of hazardous materials to each project, and strong project
management skills. Working with clients, tenants, and various construction
trades, he is able to maintain strict budgets and project schedules.
With his experience and knowledge of microbial contamination, he
is frequently called upon to assist insurance adjusters with projects
involving mold contamination. Environmental projects have included
office buildings, manufacturing and industrial facilities,
hospitals, medical offices, museums,
malls, single and multi-family dwellings, and high-rise condominiums.
David Silveri
Senior Project Manager
BA, Economics
With over 24 years of experience
in the environmental contracting and consulting industry, Mr.
Silveri has performed and managed hazardous materials projects for
commercial properties, educational, and health care facilities,
retail, industrial, and military. Mr. Silveri has extensive
experience in managing large remediation projects, designing
remediation projects and client relations. His projects have ranged
from a few hundred square feet to over 100,000 square feet. He has
an extensive knowledge of the construction and demolition industry
pertaining to environmental issues and is knowledgeable in the
various regulations that affect the environmental industry, their
interpretations by regulatory agencies, and their implementation
with regard to the company’s environmental services. He is qualified
to provide cost estimates for remediation contracting services:
phase I site assessments, lead-based paint, asbestos, indoor air
quality assessments, mold inspections: project design: project
supervision: and project monitoring services. Mr. Silveri is an
experienced leader of technical seminars with regulatory compliance,
asbestos / lead awareness training, and biological hazard awareness
training.
Cristopher J. Meile
Field Technician
An experienced technical field manager with over 5 years of
experience. Mr. Meile is a knowledgeable resource regarding
microbial contamination issues. He is experienced in conducting
microbial investigations, asbestos surveys, and lead-based paint
inspections in various types of structures. He has assisted and
directed clients and contractors in resolving complex environmental
issues in a sound business manner. Mr. Meile holds the following
certifications: California Certified Site Surveillance Technician,
CA Lead-Related Construction Certificates; Inspector/Assessor,
Project Manager.
Kristen Williamson
Registered Geologist
BS, Geology
A geologist with over seventeen years of experience, Ms. Williamson
has experience performing preliminary site assessments, environmental
audits, testing, and remediation services for a multitude of projects.
She has assisted clients in making sound business decisions through
performing peer reviews of environmental reports.
Brian Stratouly, P.E., CSP
Certified Industrial Hygienist
BS, Mechanical Engineering
MS, Mechanical Engineering
A Certified Industrial Hygienist with over twenty years experience
in workplace safety assurance, Health & Safety work plans, confined
space entry permitting, noise studies, indoor air quality
investigations, and hazardous materials training. Mr. Stratouly is
a knowledgeable resource, who approaches his projects in a
professional and practical manner. He has the ability to fully
understand client needs and can explain technical issues in layman’s
terms.
