Working with Museum management, AES managed all portions of their hazardous materials program. Services to the Museum also included inspections, program design, and remediation.

Working with various departments within the hospital, AES assisted in resolving potential indoor air quality issues, identification of asbestos materials prior to renovation activities, and investigated water intrusion / microbial activity.

AES worked with city personnel to identify hazardous materials prior to renovations / demolition and to prepare remediation specifications.  Additionally, we assisted the city with acquiring new property by conducting an environmental site assessment.

Client: Huntington Beach Union High School District
Services: Microbial Contamination, Indoor Air Quality Assessments

AES assisted the school district with identification of microbial contamination and remediation specifications as may be needed.  Conducted indoor air quality assessments and recommended remedies as needed.

As a multi-site client, AES has assisted in identifying hazardous materials prior to acquiring site, and during construction related projects.  Additional projects have consisted of identification of microbial contamination, providing specifications for remediation and project oversight. 

Project: Building Upgrades
Client: Stivers Investment Company
Services: Asbestos, Lead, Indoor Air Quality, Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments

AES worked directly with Stiver's management team to design hazardous materials policies, procedures, and programs for several buildings located in Pasadena, California.  AES also conducted asbestos surveys and designed an asbestos Operations & Maintenance program.  AEA developed specifications for the removal of asbestos-containing materials that were to be disturbed during construction activities.

Client: The Krausz Companies, Inc.
Services: Asbestos, Phase I and Phase II Site Assessments, Environmental Reports/Peer Review

Working with Client's management, AES assisted in determining environmental conditions prior to the purchasing or refinancing of various properties within the State of California.
